Think Like Fish 🐟 - Understand other people's point of view

I read a story about Captain John Rade who's a fisherman in Long Island. Every day,

he would go out on his small motorboat and outfish his fellow fishermen.

A local journalist interviewed Captain John asking him for his secret. Captain thought and said, You see, the biggest difference between me and everyone else is that when they set out to sea, they think like  fishermen, but when I go out to see, I think like fish.”

Understanding and respecting other people’s opinions go a long way in helping establish good relationships, career development, and growth.
